You can now get a clear picture of what actually happens after your session - all in one place.
With the new Analytics tab, you can see who attended, when they joined, how long they stayed, and where drop-off happens.
Why This Matters
Registrations only tell part of the story. What really matters is attendance - and how long people stick around.
Without that visibility, it’s difficult to measure session effectiveness, understand audience behavior, or improve future events. The Analytics tab gives you the clarity you need to make more informed decisions about your programming.
What You Can Do
With Session Attendee Analytics, you can:
- Compare registrations to actual attendance
- See when attendees joined and left
- Understand how long individuals stayed in the session
- Identify drop-off patterns across the session
- Export attendance data for reporting and analysis
Use it to measure attendance, identify drop-off trends, and improve future sessions.
At-a-Glance Insights
For a closer look, the participation table gives you a full breakdown of each attendee, including:
- First join time and last leave time
- Total time spent in the session
- Role (attendee, organizer, moderator)
- Whether they joined at all
You can search, filter, and export the data - making it easy to find specific attendees or analyze trends outside the platform.
Where to Find It
To access session analytics:
- Navigate to your session
- Click the Analytics tab (next to Session Info and Archives)
- View the overview or explore recurring session data

Turn Attendance into Insight
With clear visibility into who attends and how long they stay, you can move beyond guesswork - and start building sessions that keep your audience engaged from start to finish.
